Frost Management's Response to COVID-19


Community Support
On 03/25/20 Governor Brad Little signed an executive "stay at home" order, excluding healthcare, public safety and other essential workers as defined in the order.  To assist where we may, we are offering certain homes to these essential workers so they may have clean, convenient places to stay that allow them to be close to their work.

Cleaning Standards
Frost Property Management was founded on principles of exceptional cleanliness.  In response to the coronavirus, we have taken additional measures, under the advise of global and local public health authorities, to make our cleaning and hygiene protocols even more rigorous.  Some of the protocols we have implemented include:

  • Cleaning teams are receiving ongoing briefings and cleaning protocols are being updated in real time, as recommended by authorities.
  • We have increased the frequency with which we disinfect high traffic areas (including door handles, light switches, remotes, all areas of bathrooms, etc.) and have continued the use of hospital-grade disinfectant.
  • We perform a rigorous inspection between guests to ensure we maintain industry leading standards to continue to keep guest safety at the forefront.

Reservation Adjustments
We know how important your vacation is to you. We are making every effort to be flexible and accommodate changes to your destination plans resulting from COVID-19. If you’ve booked through a third-party such as Airbnb, VRBO, or Expedia, changes will need to be initiated directly with them.

If you’ve booked directly through FrostCabins.com, or choose to re-book your cancelled third-party stay directly with us, give us a call and we’ll see how we can best accommodate you.  If you would like to reschedule, we are happy to help.  The earlier you call, the better the selection of homes will be.
