Lodge 52 sits on five+ private acres and is located about a mile from Highway 55 and right between the towns of McCall and Donnelly. Play at Tamarack Resort, Brundage Ski Mountain and Ponderosa State Park... all within 15 miles.

RV parking with water and 15 amp electric service available for $25 per night.

The three-story log cabin is warm and inviting with a gas fireplace, rustic accents, and plenty of space to stretch your legs. Rock floors, exposed beams, and modern amenities make this lodge more modern than primitive.

The main level has a full kitchen with an open layout to the living room, dining room, and reading nook. Curl up by the fire, take in the views out the picture windows, or get closer with a soak in the hot tub, off the deck, that overlooks a private pond and towards Jug Mountain.

The top level of the house has an open master bedroom with a private balcony and bathroom. The balcony is romantic, overlooking the pond, yard and mountains. Two additional bedrooms connected by a lofted bed along with another full bath are located on this level. The basement has one private bedroom with queen bed. There is also a bunk bed located in the large game room. The downstairs also has one full bathroom. The game room is cozy with sectional seating for your whole group. The space was designed for hosting with a mini bar, pool table, card table, large screen smart TV with a Blu-ray DVD Player. Or choose to unplug with a variety of board games for the whole family.

This McCall vacation cabin offers four full baths and four bedrooms plus a loft to sleep 15 guests. There are four queen beds, two double beds, and one twin.

The washer and dyer will make you feel a little more like you're right at home.

Our 5th Year Staying

Date of Stay:

This was the 5th year we have stayed at this property, if it wasn't good, we would not come back. Love the location and the space to park 2 trucks with 4 place enclosed trailers. Nice new beds downstairs, new big screen TV {last year}, and other upgrades.

This Cabin Has Everything!

Date of Stay:

This cabin has everything you need for a family getaway in McCall. Its close to town but has a remote feel to it. The home is well stocked with everything you may need. Including a crockpot, griddle and blender. These items I usually bring along with us and was pleasantly surprised to see them available. The basement/game room was such a great place to play pool and watch movies and relax after skiing and snowboarding at Brundage Mountain. We'll definitely be back!

Best Value for the Area!

Date of Stay:

“Honestly this was the best value and most beautiful view in the area. Having stayed in another cabin in McCall last season this blew that place out of the water hands down. The cabin was huge, well equipped and allowed my wife and I space from our two kids while we had to work from our computers during the day. The basement was a major bonus area so we could migrate from the upper level to lower levels based on the mood so to speak."

The House was Wonderful

Date of Stay:

The house is wonderful and rustic, just be prepared for not much privacy and a very open floor plan with the bedroom layouts :) The property is absolutely beautiful. The hot tub and fire pit were also so great to use in the evenings. The only thing to remember is, if you book in July be sure to bring a lot of bug spray, the mosquitoes got bad.

Wonderful House With A Great View

Date of Stay:

“Wonderful house with great views. I would stay again for sure. It does not have ac, so days are warm in the cabin, but its well worth it. Supplies, space and views are worth it.”

Very Desirable Location

Date of Stay:

A beautiful house on a secluded property make this location very desirable!

Absolutely Amazing Cabin and Breathtaking View

Date of Stay:

I can’t say enough amazing things about this cabin and the way the frosts were always available to help with anything we needed. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook with. Spotless when we arrived. The bedrooms were so inviting. The bathrooms all cleaned top to bottom. We all talked about how amazing the cabin was built. We all just wanted to sit and enjoy the view from the living room. Kids loved the loft bunk bed. They also loved the pond and canoe. We will definitely book again.

Clean and Comfortable!

Date of Stay:

Honestly, this was my first experience with Air B&B and I would do it again. The cabin was clean and fully loaded with the essentials; the interior decoration was contemporary and comfortable; and the space itself was more than welcoming for those that like to spend time together. This is a great spot for those that like to share space, appreciate simplicity, and want to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Jonathan was timely and very thorough with communicating expectations etc. I also was able to reach out if I needed anything during my stay. I was a little weary at first about privacy because previous reviews seemed to complain that the photos were misleading and while they seem a little confusing, I was pleasantly surprised. Please, continue to read my short novel below: The family lounge/basement area was was a lovely touch and who doesn't love a good game of pool? There is also a decent play area, extra games, and movie time with more than enough seating in the basement area. The mud room and kitchen were perfect; two refrigerators, fully stocked, a great prep/cooking space, tons of cooking utensils, and seating to play card games. There were plenty of dishes and serving dishes -which was important for me because I like to cook and bring food to the table. The living room was so bright and beautiful, especially once the sun came up (I am a sucker for large windows). I loved that the living room had a fire place and no TV (there is one in a separate dining area), it was a great space to sit and read/study and drink a cup of coffee with friends. The back porch was well kept and had a good looking grill- we didn't use it, but I bet some burgers would have been awesome. The hot tub, perfect for soaking and sitting under the stars. Bathroom access was important because there were six of us and we didn't lack access at all- one on each floor and each with a shower. The master bathroom, although open (balcony-style, overlooking downstairs and those beautiful windows), had a privacy shade as well as a frosted glass wall and a door. There is private balcony access with a table and two chairs which would have been perfect for morning coffee but it was snowing. The master toilet, sink, and shower were clean (shower was an awesome concept, I can't explain it, check it out for yourself ha!). Laundry area was in a great spot for the household, but we didn't need it. The extra rooms upstairs were cool. Each room had a door and access to a shared balcony and they were divided by a loft with an additional bed (fun time for kiddos perhaps?). Between the rooms was another bathroom with a great claw-foot tub. I could go on for days. It was worth it.

Great Memories!

Date of Stay:

Beautiful and spacious, it was everything and more that my friends and I could have hoped for. Affordable and spacious, the host provided the perfect cabin for a comfortable stay. Great memories. Thank you!

Great Place

Date of Stay:

Had a great time. Was clean, warm and had lots of space to move around. The bedroom situation is not as private as I would have liked but everyone was okay with it.

Beautiful Cabin!

Date of Stay:

Great organization of things in the kitchen that made it super convenient for a large group. Super soft and comfortable sheets! The open layout is different at first but also super fun and ended up being what we loved most about the space! Beautiful cabin!

Fun weekend birthday getaway!

Date of Stay:

Took our daughter to celebrate her 16th birthday in McCall and had a wonderful time. The cabin is located in a perfect spot, nice and quiet and such a gorgeous view. We felt right at home as soon as we walked in, everything was so clean and comfortable and cozy. The teens loved having the huge basement all to themselves to hang out, play pool and board games, and watch movies. Check in and out was made so easy, communication was great...everything was perfect. Even had several deer families come through we got to watch as we sat with our morning coffee. We would love to stay again!

Perfect Stay, Lovely Place

Date of Stay:

We really enjoyed our stay and would love to stay again next time we want to have a little getaway. The location was beautiful and clean. The check in was easy with only a brief point where our code didn't work to get into the property but we called and they got it fixed for us. There was a really nice welcome sign that asked us to remove our shoes indoors which we had no problem with doing so. It also listed the Wi-Fi password, there was some information on things to go out and do in the area which was nice, and there was a cute guest book we made sure to leave an entry in. Check out was just as easy with only a few rules to help the cleaning team out such as starting a load of white linens, putting the dishes through the dish washer, and taking out all trash. Overall, a great experience we'd love to do again some day.

Has so many amenities!

Date of Stay:

There isn’t much to not love about Lodge 52. Has all the amenities you could want and is quiet and secluded for the most part. There is one nearby neighbor but we didn’t see them at all. Hot tub, fire pit, pool has it all. The kitchen is the most well stocked of any vacation rental we have ever rented.

Entire group was impressed!

Date of Stay:

Plenty of room for entire family, great views from every window, canoe, fire pit, hot tub, every amenity included except food, and quick access to McCall. Entire group was impressed!

Lovely Home and Charming

Date of Stay:

Great views. Lovely home, very spacious with a lot of attention to detail, adding to its charm.

Great place to get away and relax

Date of Stay:

Great cabin for our group. 6 adults and one child. Plenty of space. The kitchen has about everything one would want. The cabin was clean and the lot was kept up. The fire pit was perfect. The hot tub was clean. I recommend this cabin to anyone who wants to get away from the rat race and relax.

Hot tub was wonderful

Date of Stay:

I was skeptical that the property and cabin wouldn't be quite as pretty as the pictures but it was even better! Lot's of cooking items in the kitchen. Stocked well with extra bedding, towels and toiletries. Hot tub was wonderful. Saw a lot of wildlife including a porcupine. Make sure you bring your bug spray though.

Really enjoyed the canoe and fire pit

Date of Stay:

it was so clean.....lots of clean towels....beds were very comfortable........we really enjoyed the canoe and fire pit. We were having a family reunion and lodge 52 was perfect for our family. Thank you so much...we will definitely tell friends about it!

Unique Personality to this Cabin

Date of Stay:

This rental is roomy, open floor plan on the main floor. Loft type second floor with bedrooms, bathrooms, loft sleeping quarters and washer/drier. Limited privacy upstairs. Basement is pool room with small bathroom and a bedroom. No closet or clothes storage in the bedroom downstairs. A portable closet in the bedroom but is filled with blankets etc. Rear shaded deck is large and comfortable with a grill and table/chairs. I enjoyed the property and unique personality of it. My wife is more traditional and didn't really connect to it I guess. Regardless we had a great time with family and it worked quite well for us in general. The resident porcupine that came out in the evenings (if you keep your eyes open for him) was entertaining.

Wildlife in abundance

Date of Stay:

Our stay was very satisfying. The lodge provided an assortment of interesting things to occupy our attention. If privacy is of utmost importance to you, this lodge may be a bit too "open", but the cabin itself is beautiful and the setting is gorgeous. We saw wildlife in abundance and enjoyed the seclusion of the lodge.

Will be back!

Date of Stay:

Loved everything will go back again!

Nice and Cozy

Date of Stay:

We loved staying at Lodge 52 nice and cozy and everyone had a great time! It was nice and clean with a nice open space.

Very Unique

Date of Stay:

We loved the cabin! It was very unique, unlike any other we’ve ever stayed in.

Great location to Tamarack for skiing!

Date of Stay:

We had 3 couples in this amazing cabin! Plenty of room for all. Great location to Tamarack for skiing, and not far at all if you wanted to ski Brundage. We even took in the winter carnival festivities in McCall. The cabin had everything we needed. The hot tub was perfect for soaking after skiing all day. Very cozy atmosphere.

Perfect for sledding in the Cascade Lake areas!!

Date of Stay:

Really enjoyed the house, we stayed here last year and this year was even better. Like being out and away from town but not too far. Perfect for sledding in the Cascade Lake areas!!

Roomy for all of our guests. Beds were so comfy.

Date of Stay:

Loved the cabin. Roomy for all of our guests. Beds were so comfy. Good selection of DVDs. Only negative... lots and lots of mosquitoes. Couldn't walk into the woods. We used lots of spray and surrounded ourselves with citronella. The house itself was wonderful!

Would totally go back!

Date of Stay:

This is a great cabin for a get together up to 15 people (so long as you're not picky). There are 3 semi-private bedrooms and one private bedroom in the basement, each with a queen size bed. Plus, there is a large bunk bed in the common basement area and a sleeper sofa. The kitchen has all the basics and more. The property is lovely, but the mosquitoes do get pretty rough so bring your Deep Woods Off! This is not a luxury cabin, and prissy folk or those who will be bothered by the lack of privacy might complain, but if you're down to earth, you'll love it. Would totally go back!
